Counseling Services
Veterans Services programs provide confidential, individualized counseling services for active military personnel, veterans, frontline healthcare workers and their loved ones regardless of ability to pay.
1:1 Peer Support Services
We offer 1:1 Peer Support Services to our military veterans. AEU’s Vets4Vets program creates opportunities for veterans and service members to heal together.
Healing Circle for Warrior Women
This program provides a safe, supportive community where female veterans can heal, connect, and share their experiences through peer-led discussions. Meetings are held in Lincoln, NE.
Virtual Military Spouse & Caregiver Support Group
With this support group, you can expect to gain a deeper understanding of stress, trauma & PTSD, learn to recognize warning signs and triggers, and more.
Equine-Assisted Therapy
Interacting with horses in a therapeutic setting creates a connection that helps a veteran open up and begin to heal. This free service is offered in Partnership with Omaha Equestrian Foundation.
Vets4Vets Peer Networking Services

Self Defense Class
In this class you will learn proven self-defense skills and strategies. You will be provided with a plan of action, and several essential techniques to successfully defend yourself and escape an assault attempt.
Buddy Check
Buddy Check was started in support of veterans struggling with mental health challenges and addiction. On the second Tuesday of each month, At Ease USA will provide Buddy Checks at Franks Pizzeria.
Peer Support Services
At Ease USA utilizes a peer support model to help veterans help one another. Our Peer Support Specialist has lived experience in both military service and successful PTSD management.

This September and October AEU is offering a teen talk group focused on opening the dialogue for adolescents ages 12 to 15 regarding emotional wellness, healthy decision making, amongst other related topics. This is a 6 week group and spots are limited!
