Thank you for your participation in the 2024 At Ease USA luncheon. Please complete the below form. Each organization will have an 8 foot table with a black cloth and two chairs. You may set up your resource table beginning at 9:00 am. Your table must be set up by 11am. The luncheon begins promptly at 11:45 am and ends at 1:00 pm at the CHI Health Center in downtown Omaha.

If you would like to attend the luncheon and listen to the speaker, vendors will receive up to two discounted tickets at a price of $60 each. Only registered vendors are eligible for the discounted rate. There is no charge to have a resource booth. If you have further questions, please contact Beth Kramer at beth@ateaseusa.org.
