Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Group

What is DBT?

The Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) group is intended for active duty service members and veterans. DBT has proven to be effective treatment for PTSD.  It can improve your ability to handle stress without losing control and acting destructively.  This group will build skills in four key areas:  distress tolerance, mindfulness, emotion regulation and interpersonal effectiveness.  Participants will do daily homework to practice the skills they learn in the weekly session.
