Lodging & Accommodations
The majority of cabins sleep 9-11 people and are air-conditioned. Depending on the number of participants, families may be sharing a cabin. If you prefer not to share, you’re encouraged to invite another military-connected family to share the space with you. Each family is required to register separately.
About half of the cabins include private bathrooms; these cabins will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Community bathrooms associated with the Tree Topper and Camping Cabins are easily accessible for those cabins without private facilities.
Tenting and RV sites are also available for families who prefer those options.
Registration & Deposit
We ask that each family submit a $50 refundable deposit to secure their spot. Deposits will be returned upon check-in.

Returning Families
If you attended Camp Recharge in 2025 and would like to attend again in 2026, you are encouraged to register. Your name will be placed on a wait list to allow new families the opportunity to participate. We will begin accepting wait-listed participants on April 1st.
