PCL-5

Used to identify if symptoms are clinically significant enough to qualify for diagnosis of PTSD. PCL-5 is completed at intake, every 90 days, and discharge. If using Attention Training for PTSD software the PCL-5 is completed at intake, session 4, session 8, 6 months post, 1 year post, and discharge.
